三维适形放射治疗局部复发鼻咽癌的疗效分析

摘    要:【目的]探讨三维适形放射治疗局部复发鼻咽癌的临床效果。【方法】选择46例局部复发鼻咽癌患者,采用三维适形放射治疗技术,照射方法5~6Gy/次,每周5次,总量DT60~70Gy/10~14次.观察患者近期疗效,2年生存率和放射并发症。【结果】全部病例经三维适形放疗结束后1个月进行复查,显示完全缓解26例,占56.52%;部分缓解14例,占30.43%.总缓解率为86.96%。2年生存率69.57%,靶区局部控制率为92.17%。1例出现口腔炎症。【结论】三维适形放射治疗鼻咽部局部复发有较好的近期疗效和生存率,且放射损伤较低。

Abstract:[ObjectivelTo explore the treatment effect of recurrent nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) with three-dimensional eonformal radiotherapy (3DCRT). [Methods] Forty six cases were selected to receive 3DCRT. The radiation regimen was 5 times each week with 4~5Gy per time, once a day, and the total dose was 60~70Gy for 10~ 14 times. The short-term efficacy, 2-years survival rate and radiation complications were observed. [Results]One month after 3DCRT, the reexamination was done for all patients. The results showed that complete remission rate was 56.52~(26/46), partial remission rate was 30.43%(14/46), the to tal remission rate was 86. 96%, the 2-year survival rate was 69.57% and the local control rate in target area was 92.17%. But one case was dead and one case had oral inflammation. [Conclusion] 3DCRT for the treatment of the recurrent NPC patients has better short term efficacy and survival rate. It also has less radiation injury.
