| 摘 要： | 目的观察解剖型钢板结合CPM功能锻炼治疗胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效。方法将60例胫骨平台骨折患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各30例。治疗组予解剖型钢板结合CPM功能锻炼治疗,对照组不予CPM功能锻炼治疗,观察两组治疗前后Lysholm膝关节评分、患膝关节屈曲度数、治疗后骨折复位程度。结果术后半年,Lysholm膝关节评分、患膝关节屈曲度数比较,治疗组明显优于对照组,差异有显著性意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组在骨折复位程度方面也优于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论解剖型钢板结合CPM功能锻炼治疗胫骨平台骨折临床疗效较好,解剖复位及功能恢复方面疗效均较好,值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical curative effection of clinical application of anatomical plate and continuous passive motion in treating tibial plateau fractures.Methods Sixty tibial plateau fractures patients were devided into 2 groups randomly,each group including 30 patients.The treating group accepted method of anatomical plate and CPM.The comparing group without accepting treating of CPM.After one week,xompared the lysholm of knee score,degree flexion of knee of two grops;compared the recovery of fracture.Results After six months,The treating group’s recovery of Fracture efficacy,lysholm of knee score,degree flexion of knee were statistically better than the comparing group(P <0.05).Conclusion The use of clinical application of anatomical plate and CPM can improve clinical efficacy. |
