COX-2在乳腺癌中的表达及与淋巴结转移的关系

目的探讨环氧化酶-2(cyclooxygenase 2,COX-2)在乳腺癌组织中的表达情况及其与淋巴结转移的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学检测46例乳腺癌组织中COX-2的表达,同时应用淋巴管特异性标记物D2-40标记淋巴管并计数,分析两者的关系,并结合临床资料进行相关性分析。结果 COX-2在乳腺癌组织中的表达率为56.5%,COX-2蛋白的表达与淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),与患者年龄、肿瘤直径、雌、孕激素受体和Her-2表达及临床分期无明显相关性。肿瘤组中淋巴管密度(D2-40 positive lymph vessel density,LVD)明显高于良性病变组(P<0.05);且LVD与COX-2的表达间有显著相关性(P<0.05)。结论 COX-2在乳腺癌组织中呈较高表达,其表达与肿瘤的淋巴结转移情况相关。乳腺癌组织中COX-2的表达与LVD存在显著的相关性,提示在COX-2可能通过受体途径诱导肿瘤淋巴管的生成,促进淋巴结转移。

Expression of COX-2 and Its Relationship with Lymph Node Metastasis in Breast Cancer

Objective To investigate the expression of COX-2 in human breast cancer and the correlation with clinicopathologic findings.Methods Forty-six primary breast cancer patients were immunohistochemically examined for COX-2 and lymph vessel density(LVD) marked by D2-40,the specific antibody for lymphatic endothelium.The relationship of COX-2 and LVD were analyzed with clinicopathologic findings. Results The expression rate of COX-2 in human breast carcinoma was 56.5 % in this study.High expression of COX-2 were correlated with the presence of lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).LVD of breast cancer was higher than that of the benign tumors(P<0.05).The expression of COX-2 had significant correlation with LVD.Conclusions The expression of COX-2 is high in breast cancer,and it has significant relation with lymph node metastasis.A positive correlation is found between the expression of LVD and COX-2 in breast cancer,suggesting that COX-2 may promote metastasis by stimulating lymphangiogenesis.
