菲立磁增强MRI在肝脏病变中的应用

摘    要:对17例肝脏占位性病变的患者,进行MR平扫和菲立磁增强MRI检查,扫描序列为T2W/TSE、 T1W/SE、 T2FS/TSE和 T2W/FFE、 T1W/FFE,比较增强前后肝脏的信噪比( SNRN)和病灶信噪比( SNRM)及发现病灶的数量、形态.结果表明菲立磁增强 T2W/TSE, T2FS/TSE 、 T2W /FFE可明显提高肝脏占位性病变的检出率, T1W/SE和 T1W/FFE在肝脏局灶性病变的定性诊断中具有潜在价值.

Abstract:Routine and Feridex-enhanced MRI were performed in 17 patients with suspected focal hepatic lesions.The pulse sequences of Feridex included:T2W/TSE,T1W/SE,T2FS/TSE,T2W/FFE,T1W/FFE.The effects of Feridex on signal intensity,SNRm of lesion vs normal hepatic tissue were assessed with quantitative analysis.The result shows that the detection of focal hepatic lesions can be significantly improved with Feridex-enhanced T2W/TSE,T2FS/TSE,T2W/FFE,which has potential values for qualitative diagnosis of such lesions.
