| 摘 要： | 应用ＢｉＰＡＰ呼吸机治疗ＣＯＰＤ呼吸衰竭病人２３例，证明该机能有效地提高ＰａＯ２，同时降低ＰａＣＯ２，临床疗效较传统控制性氧法治疗ＣＯＰＤ呼吸衰竭好。

| Abstract: | This paper reported that 23 patients with COPD respiratory failure was treated with BiPAP respirator.The results showed that the PaO 2 was increased effectively and the PaCO 2 was decreased at the same time by treatment with BiPAP respirator.The clinical effects treated by BiPAP respirator were better than that of treatment by controlled oxygen therapy in patients with COPD respiratory failure. |
