摘    要:目的 探讨2004~2006年呼吸病区抗菌药物使用与铜绿假单孢菌(PA)耐药水平变化之间的关系.方法 计算12种抗菌药物平均每日每百张床位所消耗的DDDs及同期PA的耐药率,并对抗菌药物用量与耐药率进行相关性分析.结果 FEP、CFS、MEM的使用量分别与PV对CIP、LEV、CTX的耐药率呈显著相关性;而LEV的使用量又分别与PV对CFS和IPM的耐药率呈显著相关性.结论 呼吸病区FEP、CFS、MEM、LEV的使用量与PA耐药率呈显著相关性.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the relationship between administration of anti-bacterial agents and resistance rate of P.aeruginosa in respiratory unit.METHODS The total anti-bacterial consumption expressed as defined daily doses(DDD)/day/100bed,as well as resistance rate of P.aeruginosa were collected,and their correlation was analyzed.RESULTS The analysis revealed a significant positive correlation between the consumption of Cefepime and Cefoperazone-Sulbactam and Meropenem between resistance rate of P.aeruginosa of Ciprofloxacin and Levofloxacin and Ceftazidime,respectively.The analysis revealed a significant positive correlation between the consumption of Levofloxacin between resistance rate of P.aeruginosa of Cefoperazone-Sulbactam and Imipenem.CONCLUSION The correlation between the consumption of anti-bacterial agents and resistance rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa revealed an association in respiratory unit.
