MRI对膝关节前交叉韧带撕裂的诊断价值

目的研究膝关节前交叉韧带撕裂的MRI表现及诊断价值。方法对24例急性ACL撕裂的膝关节进行MR回顾性分析,对ACL的形态特征、走行、信号强度以及ACL撕裂的伴随征象作了观察与分析,判断ACL撕裂程度并与关节镜作对照研究。结果 24例ACL撕裂病人中,MRI诊断ACL部分撕裂14例,与关节镜检查结果一致者11例,MRI诊断ACL部分性撕裂的准确率为78.5%;MRI诊断ACL完全撕裂10例,与关节镜检查结果一致者9例,MRI诊断ACL完全性撕裂的准确率为90.0%。结论 MRI诊断急性完全性ACL撕裂的准确性较高,对ACL部分撕裂诊断率相对较低。

MR Imaging Evaluation of Anterior Cruciate Ligament

Objective To investigate the MR finding of anterior cruciate ligament （ACL） tears and the value of MRI in diagnosis of ACL tears. Methods MR materials of 24 patients with acute ACL tear were analyzed retrospectively. The morphological fertures, cours, signal intensity and accompanying signs of ACL tear was observed and analyzed to detemine the degree of ACL tear with arthroscopy for contral study. Results Of 24 with ACL tear, 14 cases with partial ACL tear diagnosed by MRI, which were consistent with arthroscopy in 11 patients and the accuracy was 78.5%; 10 cases with complete ACL tear diagnosed by MRI, which were consistent with arthroscopy in 9 patients and the accuracy was 90%. Conclusion The accuracy of MRI in diagnosing the acute complete ACL tears was higher but relatively lower in diagnosing the partial ACL tears.
