| 摘 要： | 目的探讨无抽搐电休克治疗(MECT)对血压的影响。方法 80例患者常规行无抽搐电休克治疗,记录MECT前后血压,进行对比。结果所有患者血压均显著上升,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论 MECT治疗后血压显著升高,除了与药物有关外,还与MECT本身有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effects of modified electric convulsive therapy（MECT）on blood pressure.Methods 80 patients were treated by MECT routinely.Blood pressure was record before and after MECT.Results The blood pressure of all patients were increased significantly and there was significant difference before and after MECT（P〈0.001）.Conclusion The increased blood pressure is related not only to medication but also to MECT itself. |
