| 摘 要： | 目的探讨护理干预措施对鼻出血病人预后的影响。方法对我院2007年12月至2010年7月收治的50例鼻出血患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,并对护理方法进行探讨。结果 50例病人均痊愈出院,无1例发生并发症,住院天数5~8天。结论鼻出血是五官科常见的急重症,老年高血压是鼻出血的主要原因,及时正确的治疗加上护理干预配合,提高了治疗鼻出血的疗效,降低了复发率及并发症的发生,对促进患者的康复具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore nursing interventions on the prognosis of patients with nasal bleeding.Methods The clinical data of 50 cases nasal bleeding patients admitted to hospital from December 2007 to July 2010 were retrospectively analyzed,and nursing care were discussed.Results 50 patients were cured,with no complications,hospital day was from 5 to 8 days.Conclusion Nasal bleeding is a common facial features of severe acute,elderly hypertensive is the main reason,timely and correct treatment with nursing intervention can improve the efficacy of nasal bleeding,reduce the recurrence rate and complications,and is important for promoting the rehabilitation of patients. |
