门诊患儿静脉输液安全需求调查研究

目的了解门诊患儿在静脉输液中的安全需求,针对原因,提供科学有效的改进方法,确保患儿输液安全。方法随机选择100名儿童输液患者家属,采用自行设计的问卷调查。结果排在前5位的安全需求因素是:担心护士不能一针见血、担心护士加错药、担心患儿液体渗漏或针头脱落、担心交叉感染。且患儿输液天数在静脉输液治疗的安全需求方面差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论提高护士的责任心,认真落实查对制度,使用封闭式净化台配置药液,提供全程规范优质服务,才能更好地满足患儿家属的需求。

SURVEYS ON SAFETY NEEDS OF SICK CHILDREN RECEIVING OUT PATIENT INTRAVENOUS INFUSION

Objective To survey the safety needs of sick children receiving out-patient intravenous infusion so as to provide scientific methods for safer intravenous infusion.Methods The relatives of 100 randomly selected sick children receiving intravenous infusion were surveyed through self-designed questionnaires.Results The survey showed what the relatives of the sick children most worried about were the wrong location of syringe needle insertion,the misuse of drugs,the solution effusion,the syringe needle falling and the cross infection.There existed significant difference in the need for safe intravenous infection when the duration of hospitalization was taken into consideration(P<0.05).Conclusion The key to better meeting the safety needs of patient's family is to promote nurses' sense of responsibility,to implement the checking system and to use closed purification platfrom for drug solutions.
