| 摘 要： | 目的探讨结肠透析机配合尿毒清治疗慢性肾功能衰竭患者(CRF)的临床疗效。方法在CRF常规综合治疗的同时,采用结肠透析机进行全结肠清洗、结肠透析及尿毒清保留灌肠。结果治疗组在治疗后Scr、BUN、UA较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),Ccr明显升高(P<0.05)。与对照组治疗后相比,均明显较优(P<0.01)。结论结肠透析联合尿毒清治疗早、中期肾功能不全患者可延缓肾功能恶化,是一种操作简单、费用低、无明显不良反应的治疗手段。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effects of colon dialysis and uremic clearance(a kind of enema) on early or intermediate chronic renal failure(CRF) patients.Methods At the same time of CRF conventional treatment,the patients were given colon cleansing,dialysis and uremic clearance retention enema.Results There were statistical differences in Scr,BUN,UA,CCR before and after treatment between trial group and control group.Conclusion Colon dialysis plus uremic clearance helps to delay the progress of renal function deterioration in early or intermediate CRF patients. |
