胃癌术后复发行再手术治疗69例分析

目的：对胃癌术后复发行再手术治疗69例病例进行分析。方法整群选取该院2010年1月—2014年4月收治69例胃癌术后复发患者，给予再次手术治疗，并在术后随访患者的基本情况。结果术后患者生存率明显不同，从术后第1年85.51%，至术后第五年下降到23.19%，差异有统计学意义。采用不同治疗方法所导致的并发症及存活年度有明显差异。结论只有在初次胃癌术后早期对患者行详细检查、排除病变及尽早行复发性手术治疗才可提高手术治疗的意义。

Analysis of Reoperation for 69 Cases with Recurrence after Gastric Cancer Operation

Objective To give the correlation analysis of reoperation for 69 cases with recurrence after gastric cancer operation. Methods 69 cases of patients with recurrence after gastric cancer operation treated in our hospital from January 2010 to April 2014 were selected and given reoperation, the basic conditions of the patients were followed up after operation. Results The survival rate of patients was 85.51% in the first year after operation and decreased to 23.19% in the fifth year after operation, and the difference was obvious, the complications and surviving years caused by different treatment methods had obvious differences. Conclusion Only detailed examination and exclusion of disease at early stage after initial gastric cancer operation and reoperation for recurrence as soon as possible can improve the operation treatment significance.
