中老年脑溢血患者行精神护理和心理治疗干预的临床效果分析

目的：分析中老年脑溢血患者行精神护理和心理治疗干预的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2013年1月—2015年6月该院诊治的125例中老年脑溢血患者临床资料，按照治疗过程中不同干预治疗治疗方案分为2组，对照组采用常规护理患者55例，研究组采用精神护理和心理治疗干预患者70例，对比两组临床具体护理情况。结果研究组护理后神经功能、心理状态与日常生活能力均较对照组显著改善，对比差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)；另外，研究组并发症总发生率7.14%显著低于对照组21.82%，患者满意度91.73%显著高于对照组74.55%(P﹤0.05)。结论中老年脑溢血患者行精神护理和心理治疗干预的临床效果明显，可降低患者并发症发生风险，提高患者满意度。

Clinical Effect of Mental Nursing and Psychological Treatment Intervention on the Middle-aged and Old Patients with Cerebral Haemorrhage

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of mental nursing and psychological treatment intervention on the mid-dle-aged and old patients with cerebral haemorrhage. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 125 middle-aged and old people with cerebral haemorrhage diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2013 to June 2015. The patients were divided into two groups, the control group (55 cases) and the study group (70 cases) in accor-dance with the treatment intervention regimen. The control group received the conventional nursing, the study group adopted mental nursing and psychological treatment intervention. And the specific clinical nursing effect of the two groups was com-pared. Results After nursing, the nerve function, psychological status and activity of daily living improved more significantly in the study group than in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). In addition, the overall incidence of complications was significantly lower in the study group than that in the control group (7.14%vs 21.82%);the patient satisfaction was significantly higher in the study group than that in the control group (91.73% vs 74.55%) (P<0.05). Conclusion For the middle-aged and old patients with cerebral haemorrhage, mental nursing and psychological treatment intervention have significant effect, which can reduce the risk of complications and improve the level of patient satisfaction.
