益赛普及激素分别联合甲氨喋呤（MTX）治疗类风湿关节炎（RA）的疗效比较

目的：研究对比益赛普、激素联合甲氨嘌呤治疗类风湿性关节炎的疗效。方法研究对象为该院2012年1月—2014年6月期间收治的RA门诊患者60例,采用随机数字表法分组为观察组和对照组各为30例患者。观察组采用益赛普联合MTX治疗方案,对照组采用小剂量的泼尼松(激素类药物)联合MTX治疗方案。治疗12周,观察治疗前后两组患者炎性指标、受累关节数和僵持时间的变化、不良反应。结果治疗后观察组患者ECR、CRP、受累关节数、僵持时间分别为(23.14±9.86)mm/h、(20.98±10.12)mg/L、(1.98±0.22)、(2.24±0.45) h,4项指标数据均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)；治疗后,观察组不良反映发生率为：16.7%,明显低于对照组70.0%,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论益赛普联合MTX治疗RA的疗效优于激素组,且不良反应发生率降低,适于临床推广。

Comparison of Curative Effect of Etanercept Combined with Methotrexate and Hormone Combined with Methotrexate in Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis

Objective To study and compare the curative effect of etanercept combined with methotrexate and hormone combined with methotrexate in treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. Methods 60 cases of patients treated in the RA clinic in our hospital from January 2012 to June 2014 were selected as the research object and randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each, the observation group were treated with the treatment plan of etanercept combined with MTX, the control group were treated with the treatment plan of small-dose prednisone (hormone medicines) combined with MTX, the inflammatory factor, number of affected joints, deadlock time changes and adverse reaction of the two groups before and af-ter treatment were observed. Results The 4 index data including ECR, CRP, number of affected joints and deadlock time were respectively (23.14±9.86) mm/h, (20.98±10.12) mg/L, (1.98±0.22) and (2.24±0.45) h, which were obviously better than those in the control group, the differences were obvious with statistically significance P﹤0.05, after treatment, the incidence of adverse reaction in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group (16.7% vs 70.0%), the dif-ference was obvious with statistically significance P﹤0.05. Conclusion The curative effect of etanercept combined with MTX in treatment of RA is better than that of the hormone group and the incidence of adverse reaction decreases, which is suit-able for clinical promotion.
