支气管舒张剂联合雾化吸入对慢性阻塞性肺疾病的治疗作用研究

摘    要:目的:分析与探讨支气管舒张剂联合雾化吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的临床疗效。方法随机选取2014年3月—2015年5月期间该院收治的80例慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,以随机方式将患者平均分为两组,观察组患者实施支气管舒张剂两药联合雾化吸入治疗,对照组患者实施硫酸沙丁胺醇单药吸入治疗,记录患者治疗后PaCO2、PaO2、FEV1、FEV1/FVC等指标,比较治疗效果与不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者临床疗效提高,治疗有效率(95.0%)明显高于对照组患者(75.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对于两组患者研究发现,观察组患者血气分析结果、肺功能改善情况均显著优于对照组,且观察组患者不良反应少,治疗安全性高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论支气管舒张剂联合雾化吸入能够有效治疗AECOPD,有助于缩短疗程,改善患者肺功能,具有可靠性与安全性,值得临床应用与推广。

Research on the Therapeutic Effect of Bronchodilator Combined with Atom-ized Inhalation in the Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
Abstract:Objective To analyze and discuss the therapeutic effect of bronchodilator combined with atomized inhalation in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 80 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD) admitted in our hos-pital from March 2014 to May 2015. The patients were randomly and equally divided into two groups, the observation group and the control group. Patients in the observation group were treated by bronchodilator combined with atomized inhalation of two drugs, those in the control group were only treated by atomized inhalation of salbutamol sulfate. The PaCO2, PaO2, FEV1, FEV1/ FVC and other indicators of the two groups were recorded after treatment. And the therapeutic effect and in-cidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group was improved. The treatment effective rate was much higher in the observation group than that in the control group (95.0% vs 75.0%), with statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the obser-vation group had significantly better improvement of blood gas analysis and pulmonary function, less incidence of adverse reactions and higher treatment safety, with statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Bronchodilator combined with atomized inhalation can effectively treat AECOPD, it helps to shorten the course of treatment, improve the lung function with reliability and safety, so it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
