探究缬沙坦合并辛伐他汀治疗高血压伴高脂血症的临床价值

目的：分析在治疗高血压伴高脂血症上采用缬沙坦合并辛伐他汀药物治疗的方式所取得的临床效果。方法整群选取该院2014年10月—2015年10月收治的高血压伴高脂血症患者105例，依据临床用药的不同将患者分为观察组和对照组。其中观察组53例，接受缬沙坦合并辛伐他汀药物治疗，对照组52例，接受氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片药物治疗。比较两组的临床疗效。结果治疗后，观察组高血压治疗总有效率为90.6%，对照组为76.9%，观察组高脂血症治疗总有效率为92.4%，对照组为71.1%，观察组的SBP、DBP、TG、TC、LDL-C及HDL-C等指标均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论缬沙坦合并辛伐他汀治疗高血压伴高脂血症能够有效改善患者的血脂水平和血压，能够有效控制高血压及高血脂病情，降低疾病发病和死亡风险，疗效确切，临床应用效果良好。

Study on the Clinical Value of Valsartan Combined with Simvastatin in Treatment of Hypertension with Hyperlipemia

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of valsartan combined with simvastatin in treatment of hypertension with hyperlipemia. Methods 105 cases of patients with hypertension with hyperlipemia treated in our hospital from October 2014 to October 2015 were selected and divided into the observation group with 53 cases and the control group with 52 cases ac-cording to the different clinical medications, the observation group were treated with the medication of valsartan combined with simvastatin, the control group were treated with the medication of amlodipine and atorvastatin calcium tablets, the clin-ical curative effect of the two groups was compared. Results After treatment, the total treatment effective rate of hyperten-sion was 90.6% in the observation group and 76.9% in the control group, the total treatment effective rate of hyperlipemia was 92.4%in the observation group and 71.1%in the control group, the indicators including SBP,DBP,TG, TC, LDL-C and HDL-C in the observation group were obviously better than those in the control group, (P<0.05). Conclusion Valsartan combined with simvastatin in treatment of hypertension with hyperlipemia can effectively improve the patient’s blood lipid level and blood pressure and effectively control hypertension and hyperlipemia and decrease the incidence of disease and mortality risk, the curative effect is definite and the clinical application effect is good.
