甘露醇与布林佐胺联合治疗机械性眼外伤的疗效探讨

目的：探讨甘露醇与布林佐胺联合治疗机械性眼外伤的疗效。方法整群选择2011年2月—2015年2月该院收治的44例机械性眼外伤患者作为研究对象，将其平均分为研究组与对照组，每组22例。对照组单纯应用甘露醇治疗，研究组在此基础上应用布林佐胺治疗。结果研究组患者眼压转复时间、血肿消失时间显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间的不良反应发生率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论甘露醇与布林佐胺联合治疗机械性眼外伤的效果可靠，安全性佳，适于临床应用。

Study on Curative Effect of Combined Treatment of Mannitol and Brinzo-lamide in Treatment of Mechanical Ocular Trauma

Objective To study the curative effect of combined treatment of mannitol and brinzolamide in treatment of me-chanical ocular trauma. Methods 44 cases of patients with mechanical ocular trauma treated in our hospital from February 2011 to February 2015 were selected as the research object and divided into two groups with 22 cases in each, the control group were treated with mere mannitol, the research group were treated with brinzolamide on the basis of the control group. Results The intraocular pressure conversion time and hematoma extinction time in the research group were obviously lower than those in the control group (P<0.05), the difference in the incidence of adverse reaction between the two groups during treatment was statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion The combined treatment of mannitol and brinzolamide in treat-ment of mechanical ocular trauma has a reliable effect and good security and it is suitable for application in clinic.
