阿立哌唑与利培酮治疗精神分裂症的对比分析

目的：对比阿立哌唑与利培酮治疗精神分裂症的不同临床效果。方法整群选取2014年4月—2015年8月在该院接受治疗的188例精神分裂症患者作为研究对象，根据用药的不同分为阿立哌唑组和利培酮组。收集两组患者在初始用药、用药第2、4、6、8周后的阴性和阳性症状量表(PANSS)的评分情况和用药不良反应情况。结果在疗效方面，阿立哌唑组基本痊愈23人，显效46人，有效12人，无效13人，治疗有效率为86.17%。利培酮组基本痊愈19人，显效32人，有效15人，无效28人，治疗有效率为70.21%。阿立哌唑组高于利培酮组(P<0.05)，差异具有统计学意义；两组PANSS评分，阿立哌唑组(55.14.3)，利培酮组(56.66.2)。阿立哌唑组低于利培酮组(P<0.05)，差异具有统计学意义；在不良反应方面，利培酮组主要不良反应为肌强直、静坐不能、震颤、体重增加，不良反应共57例。阿立哌唑组主要不良反应为呕吐、头晕、失眠、肝功能异常，不良反应例数为36例。阿立哌唑组少于利培酮组(P<0.05)，差异具有统计学意义。结论阿立哌唑导致的不良反应比利培酮显著要小，并且疗效确切，是精神分裂症患者比较较理想的用药选择，值得在临床上应用推广。

Comparative Analysis of Aripiprazole and Risperidone in Treatment of Schizophrenia

Objective To compare the different clinical effects of aripiprazole and risperidone in treatment of schizophrenia. Methods 188 cases of patients with schizophrenia treated in our hospital from April 2014 to August 2015 were selected as the research object and divided into the aripiprazole group and the risperidone group according to the different drug uses, the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale (PANSS)score situation and adverse drug reaction of the two groups in initial drug use and 2,4,6 and 8 weeks of drug use were collected. Results In the aripiprazole group, 23 cases were basically cured, 46 cases were markedly effective, 12 cases were effective, 13 cases were invalid ,the treatment effective rate was 86.17%, in the risperidone group, 19 cases were basically cured, 32 cases were markedly effective, 15 cases were effective, 28 cases were invalid, the treatment effective rate was 70.21%, the curative effect of the aripiprazole group was higher than that of the risperidone group and the difference was statistically significant, the PANSS score in the aripiprazole group was lower than that in the risperidone group, (55.14.3)vs(56.66.2), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), in the risperidone group, the main adverse reactions were myotonia, cathisophobia, tremble and weight gain, and there were 57 cases with adverse reaction, in the aripiprazole group, the main adverse reactions were vomiting, dizzy, insomnia and abnor-mal liver function, there were 36 cases with adverse reaction, the adverse reaction case in the aripiprazole group was fewer than that in the risperidone group, (P<0.05), and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The adverse reac-tions or side effect caused by aripiprazole were obviously smaller than those caused by risperidone, the curative effect is definite, and it is an ideal drug use choice for patients with schizophrenia, which is worth promotion in clinic.
