乳杆菌活菌胶囊联合甲硝唑治疗细菌性阴道病的疗效探讨

摘    要:目的:探讨乳杆菌活菌胶囊联合甲硝唑治疗细菌性阴道病的疗效。方法整群选取该院于2013年4月—2014年6月间收治并确诊的细菌性阴道病患者300例为研究对象,随机分为3组,每组100例。试验组A:阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊同时口服甲硝唑;试验组B:阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊;对照组C:给予甲硝唑阴道泡腾片。结果观察3组患者经治疗后的临床总有效率、治愈率和复发率,其中,A组、B组、C组的总有效率分别为94例(94%)、83例(83%)、85例(85%),治愈率分别为88%、68%、70%,复发率分别为16%、41%、39%,A组与B组比较、A组与C组比较,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊联合甲硝唑治疗细菌性阴道病,治愈率高、复发率低,疗效可靠。

Study on Curative Effect of Lactobacillus Viable Capsule Combined with Metronidazole in Treatment of Bacterial Vaginosis
Abstract:Objective To discuss the curative effect of?lactobacillus viable capsule?combined with metronidazole in treat-ment of bacterial vaginosis. Methods 300 cases of patients with bacterial vaginosis treated and diagnosed in our hospital from April 2013 to June 2014 were selected as the research object and randomly divided into three groups with 100 cases in each, the experimental group A were treated with ?lactobacillus viable capsule and oral metronidazole, the experimental group B were treated with lactobacillus viable capsule, the control group C were treated with metronidazole vaginal efferves-cent tablets. Results The clinical total effective rate, cure rate and recurrence rate after treatment of the three groups were observed, among them, the total effective rate, cure rate and recurrence rate in the group A, group B and group C were re-spectively 94%( 94 cases), 83%(83 cases ) and 85%(85 cases), 88%, 68% and 70% and 16%, 41% and 39%, the differ-ences between the group A and the group B and between the group A and the group C were statistically significant (P﹤0.05). Conclusion Lactobacillus viable capsule combined with metronidazole in treatment of bacterial vaginosis has a high cure rate and a low recurrence rate, and the curative effect is reliable.
