摘 要: | 目的:对脑出血应用微创颅内血肿抽吸引流术治疗的临床效果进行探讨。方法整群选取该院于2014年1月—2015年6月接收的80例脑出血患者为研究对象,将所有患者随机将其分为两组,各40例。其中对照组患者采取内科保守进行干预,而实验组患者采取微创颅内血肿抽吸引流术治疗,在治疗结束后通过比较两组患者的各项指标,评价治疗效果。结果治疗结果表明,实验组患者的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,两组患者的意识障碍评分、神经功能缺损评分等指标明显优于治疗前,且实验组患者的评分明显优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑出血应用微创颅内血肿抽吸引流术治疗的总体临床效果较好,能够显著改善患者神经缺损症状意识状态,适合在临床上广泛应用。

Effect of Microinvasive Aspiration and Drainage of Intracranial Hematoma in the Treatment of Cerebral Hemorrhage |

Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical effect of microinvasive aspiration and drainage of intracranial hematoma in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 80 cases with cerebral hemorrhage admitted in our hospital from January 2014 to June 2015 were selected as the subjects and randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each. Patients in the con-trol group were treated by medical conservative treatment, and those in the experimental group were treated by microinva-sive aspiration and drainage of intracranial hematoma. And the treatment effect was evaluated by comparing the values of indexes of the two groups. Results The treatment results showed that the total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The experimental group had significantly lower incidence of complications than the control group (P<0.05). The conscious disturbance scores and nerve function impairment scores were significantly better than those before treatment in both groups, and the conscious disturbance scores and nerve function im-pairment scores were significantly better in the experimental group than in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Microin-vasive aspiration and drainage of intracranial hematoma has good overall clinical effect on cerebral hemorrhage, which can significantly improve the symptoms of neurological deficit and the state of consciousness, so it is suitable for wide clinical application. |
