腺性膀胱炎大鼠模型建立的实验研究

摘    要:目的:探究雌性大鼠腺性膀胱炎模型制备方法。方法选取雌性大鼠50只,其中42只建立腺型膀胱炎动物模型,随机分为大肠埃希菌灌注组(34只)、生理盐水灌注组(8只),另外8只不做任何处理,作为空白对照组。同等条件饲养下,50 d后处死各组大鼠,切取膀胱标本进行病理学检查。结果3组大鼠在体重变化及死亡率的比较上,差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05);大肠埃希菌组33例大鼠感染腺性膀胱炎,感染率97.0%,与空白组和生理盐水组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);大肠埃希菌组大鼠膀胱标本常规病理切片、透射电镜均证实为腺性膀胱炎。结论大鼠膀胱灌注大肠埃希菌可导致腺性膀胱炎,其病理表现与人类腺性膀胱炎具有相似性,可据此制作腺性膀胱炎动物模型。

Experimental Study on the Establishment of Rat Model of Cystitis Glandu-laris
Abstract:Objective To explore the establishment method of female rat models of cystitis glandularis. Methods 50 female rats were selected, and 42 of them were selected for the establishment of rat models of cystitis glandularis. The rats were randomly divided into three groups, Escherichia coli perfusion group (34 rats), the normal saline group (8 rats), and the oth-er 8 rats were treated as blank control group. Under the same conditions of feeding, the rats were sacrificed at 50 days, and the bladder specimens were taken for pathological examination. Results There was no statistically significant difference in the changes of body weight and mortality between the three groups (P>0.05). The 33 rats in the Escherichia coli perfusion group were infected with cystitis glandularis, the infection rate was 97.0%, compared with the blank control group and the normal saline group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The Escherichia coli group were confirmed with cystitis glandularis by the conventional pathological examination and transmission electron microscope of the bladder speci-mens. Conclusion Instillation of Escherichia coli in the bladder in rats can cause cystitis glandularis, and the pathological manifestations are similar to those of the cystitis glandularis in people, in accordance with this, the animal models of cystitis glandularis can be made.
