双下肢气压治疗预防剖宫产术后静脉血栓形成的临床意义

目的：研究双下肢气压治疗预防剖宫产术后静脉血栓形成的临床效果。方法整群选取该院2012年5月—2013年9月收治的104例行剖宫产手术孕妇患者,抽签随机分为对照组和观察组,两组各52例。对照组患者术后采用常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理基础上采用双下肢气压治疗。结合临床观察和超声检查比较两组预防静脉血栓发生的情况。结果观察组预防静脉血栓有效率98.08%相较对照组82.69%明显较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论常规护理基础上采用双下肢气压治疗能改善剖宫产术后患者的下肢血流情况、减轻肿胀和疼痛感,有利于预防静脉血栓的形成。

Clinical Significance of Double Lower Limb Pressure in Treatment of Phle-bothrombosis after the Prevention of Cesarean Section

Objective To study the clinical effect of double lower limb pressure in treatment of phlebothrombosis after the prevention of cesarean section. Methods 104 cases of pregnant women receiving cesarean section in our hospital from May 2012 to September 2013 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 52 cases in each, the control group were treated with conventional nursing after treatment, the observation group were treated with double lower limb pressure on the basis of the control group, the occurrence of the prevention of venous thrombosis of the two groups was compared according to clinical observation and ultrasonic examination. Results The effective rate of the prevention of venous thrombosis in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group (98.08% vs 82.69%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Adopting double lower limb pressure treatment on the basis of the conventional nursing can improve the lower limb blood flow of patients after cesarean section, relieve swelling and pain , and contributes to the prevention of venous thrombosis.
