氟米龙滴眼液联合更昔洛韦眼凝胶治疗单疱病毒性角膜炎的临床分析

目的：探析氟米龙滴眼液联合更昔洛韦眼凝胶治疗单疱病毒性角膜炎的临床效果。方法整群选取2014年2月—2015年1月该院就诊的112例(112只眼)单疱病毒性角膜炎患者为研究资料，按不同的治疗时间将其分为两组，每组56例(56只眼)。对照组采用更昔洛韦眼凝胶治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上增加氟米龙滴眼液治疗，对比分析治疗效果。结果观察组的临床治疗有效率为98.22%，优于对照组的83.93%(P﹤0.05)；观察组的治疗时间及术后复发率均优于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论氟米龙滴眼液联合更昔洛韦眼凝胶治疗单疱病毒性角膜炎的深层临床效果较为显著，可缩短治疗时间，降低治疗后复发率，值得推广和应用。

Clinical Analysis of Fluorometholone Eye Drops Combined with Ganciclovir Ophthalmic Gel in Treatment of Herpes Simplex Keratitis

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of fluorometholone eye drops combined with ganciclovir ophthalmic gel in treatment of herpes simplex keratitis. Methods 112 cases of patients with herpes simplex keratitis ( 112 eyes) treated in our hospital from February 2014 to January 2015 were selected as the research object and divided into two groups with 56 cases in each ( 56 eyes) according to the different treatment times, the control group were treated with ganciclovir oph-thalmic gel, the observation group were treated with additional fluorometholone eye drops on the basis of the control group, the treatment effect of the two groups was compared and analyzed. Results The clinical treatment effective rate in the ob-servation group was better than that in the control group (98.22%vs 83.93%)(P﹤0.05), the treatment time and postopera-tive recurrence rate in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P﹤0.05). Conclusion Fluo-rometholone eye drops combined with ganciclovir ophthalmic gel in treatment of herpes simplex keratitis has an obvious deep clinical effect , and it can shorten treatment time and reduce the recurrence rate after treatment, which is worthy of promotion and application.
