| 摘 要： | 水通道蛋白是一组跨膜转运水和小分子物质的特异通道蛋白质家族,种类多,广泛存在于动物、植物及微生物的组织和器官中。正是由于其高度选择性的水通道功能,目前的研究更关注水通道蛋白在一些水代谢障碍疾病中的作用及生理功能,水通道蛋白将成为一种新的诊断指标和靶向药物。现从水通道蛋白在耳鼻咽喉各个部位的分布、生理功能以及与耳鼻咽喉科疾病的相关性进行综述。

| Abstract: | Aquaporins(AQPs)is a group of channel protein family doing transmembrane transport of water and micromolecular substance with many kinds,which is expressed in various tissues and organs of the animals,plants and microorganism.Just because of its high selectivity in the function,the study about aquaporins is paying attention to their effect and physiological function in some diseases of water dysbolism.Aquaporins is becoming a new diagnostic index and targeted drugs.This article reviews aquaporins about its distribution in ear,nose and throat(ENT),its physiological function and its associativity with otorhinolarygologic diseases. |
