成都市医疗卫生服务机构双向转诊现状调查

目的探讨成都市医疗卫生服务机构双向转诊的现状。方法回顾分析及问卷调查。结果2001~2004年共有68例次病人参与双向转诊,其中,社区医疗机构-区人民医院24例次(35.29%),区人民医院-三甲医院41例次(60.29%),三甲医院-区医院3例次(4.41%)。3种病种(慢支炎/肺气肿/肺心病、糖尿病及合并症、脑血管疾病)在不同层次医院中的日平均费用(元)为58.20、126.70、570.70和72.50、108.80、468.80及95.60、182.50、372.40。结论城市里的双向转诊可有效降低医疗费用,是合理利用卫生资源的重要措施,但仍需进一步完善。

Investigation of Dual Referral in Hospitals in Chengdu City

Objective To investigate the present states of dual referral in urban community medical health services in Chengdu city.Methods Retrospective analysis combined with questionnaire.Results From 1 January 2001 to 31 December 2004,totally 68 cases enrolled in dual referral.Among these,24(35.29%) cases were from community health service to district hospital;41(60.29%) from district hospital to municipal hospital(3A);and 3(4.41%) from municipal hospital(3A) to district hospital.The average daily cost(Yuan) of three different disorders(chronic broncbitis/pulmunary emphesema/cor pulmonale with infection,diabetes mellitus with complications,and cerebral vascular diseases) in urban medical care services of three different level are 58.20,126.70,570.70;72.50,108.80,468.80 and 95.60,182.50,372.40,respectively.Conclusion Bi-directional referral in urban medical care service may effectively lower the medical costs,and as an important measure of rational use of medical resources,it needs to be further improved.
