摘    要:目的:研究高热对胚胎发育的影响。方法:采用全胚胎体外培养技术。结果:在一同作用时间,温度升至40℃时,70% 胚胎出现畸形;42℃时,100% 胚胎出现畸形。在同一温度条件下延长高温作用时间,对胚胎毒性作用增强。光镜观察可见神经上皮变薄,细胞排列紊乱,细胞数量减少等。结论:高热影响胚胎的生长发育,并与高温值和作用时间明显相关。

Abstract:Objective:To study the toxic effects of hyperthermia on development of rat embryo.Methods:Whole embryo culture technique in vitro was used.Results:The frequencies of malformation were 70% and 100% when the embryos were exposed to 40℃ and 42℃ 10 minutes,separately.The toxic effects increased if the duration of hyperthermia was prolonged for 15 minutes.Conclusion:Hyperthermia influenced the development of embryo,which significantly correlated with both the degree and duration of hyperthermia.
