| 摘 要： | 目的：研究高热对胚胎发育的影响。方法：采用全胚胎体外培养技术。结果：在一同作用时间，温度升至４０℃时，７０％ 胚胎出现畸形；４２℃时，１００％ 胚胎出现畸形。在同一温度条件下延长高温作用时间，对胚胎毒性作用增强。光镜观察可见神经上皮变薄，细胞排列紊乱，细胞数量减少等。结论：高热影响胚胎的生长发育，并与高温值和作用时间明显相关。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the toxic effects of hyperthermia on development of rat embryo.Methods:Whole embryo culture technique in vitro was used.Results:The frequencies of malformation were 70% and 100% when the embryos were exposed to 40℃ and 42℃ 10 minutes,separately.The toxic effects increased if the duration of hyperthermia was prolonged for 15 minutes.Conclusion:Hyperthermia influenced the development of embryo,which significantly correlated with both the degree and duration of hyperthermia. |
