c-kit在卵巢癌中的表达及临床意义

目的 研究c-kit在卵巢上皮性肿瘤中的表达及其临床意义，探讨其在卵巢上皮性癌发生发展中的可能作用。方法 采用免疫组化SP法测定10例正常卵巢组织，20例卵巢良性上皮性肿瘤，16例卵巢交界性上皮性肿瘤，58例卵巢上皮性癌标本中c-kit的蛋白表达情况。结果 卵巢上皮性癌中c-kit蛋白阳性表达率为63．79％，明显高于正常卵巢组织（0％）及卵巢良性上皮性肿瘤（10．00％），差异有显著性（P〈0．01）；卵巢交界性上皮性肿瘤中c-kit阳性表达率为43．75％（7／10），也高于正常卵巢组织及卵巢良性上皮性肿瘤，差异有显著性（P〈0．05）；在卵巢上皮性癌中，低分化组的c-kit蛋白阳性表达率高于高、中分化组（P〈0．05），c-kit蛋白的阳性表达率随FIGO分期的进展及淋巴结转移而升高（P〈0．05）；c-kit阳性患者比c-kit阴性患者预后差（P〈0．05）。结论 在卵巢上皮性癌组织中检测c-kit蛋白的表达，有助于卵巢癌的临床鉴别诊断、预后和疗效的判定。

The expression and clinical significance of c-kit and SCF in ovarian epithelial carcinoma

Objective To investigate the expression of c-kit in ovarian epithelial carcinoma and their clinical significance and analyse the relationship of the expression with the development of ovarian epithelial carcinoma.Methods Expression of c-kit proteins were retrospectively studied with immunohistochemistry in paraffin sections from 10 normal ovarian tissues,20 benign ovarian epithelial tumors,16 ovarian borderline epithelial tumors,and 58 ovarian epithelial carcinomas.Results The positive expression rate of c-kit in ovarian epithelial carcinomas was 63.79%,it was statistically higher than those in normal ovarian(0%) and benigh ovarian epithelial tumors(10.00%)(P<0.01).The positive expression rate of ovarian borderline epithelial tumors was 43.75%,it was also statistically higher than those in normal ovarian and benigh ovarian epithelial tumors(P<0.05);In ovarian epithelial carcinoma,the positive expression of c-kit in low differentiated grade group was higher than that in high and middle differentiated grade group(P<0.05),it rose with the development of FIGO clinical stages and lymphatic metastasis;patients with positive expression of c-kit had a worse result than those with negative one.Conclusion The detection of c-kit proteins may be helpful to diagnosis,predicting prognosis and evaluating treatment of patients with ovarian epithelial carcinoma
