脑干出血CT诊断与预后分析

目的分析脑干出血的CT诊断与预后分析。方法总结分析96例脑干出血病例的临床治疗与CT资料分析,探讨脑干出血的位置、大小、出血量与治疗预后的关系。结果病死率与出血量有关,出血量大于5ml,病死率大于95.2%,并发症越多,病死率越高,早期CT诊断与治疗是影响预后的关键。结论 CT诊断脑干出血及时、准确,直接影响及时治疗及预后。

CT diagnosis and prognosis of brain strm hemorrhage

Objective To study the relationship between the CT film features of brain stem hemorehage and prognosis.Methods we anal- ysed the clinic materials and CT features of 96 patients with brain stem hemorrhage and in vestigated the relationship between bleeding location, volume and its prognosis.Results The mortality of the patients had a significant correlation with bleeding volume.If the volume is more than 5ml, the mortality is 95.2%;the more subsequentia,the more mortality.Conclusion Early diagnosis of brain stem hemorrhage by CT is key to treat- ment and prognosis.
