| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨幽门螺杆菌 (HP)感染与血管功能紊乱性疾病病因的关系 ,以便更有效的将血清HP抗体检测方法用于临床。方法 采用间接EIA技术检测了 4 2例冠心病患者血清中的CagA -HP抗体 ,结合询问病史中是否有其它血管功能紊乱性疾病的表现 ,进行综合分析。结果 在冠心病伴原发性头痛 ,肢体远端间歇不适的患者中血清CagA -HP抗体检测阳性者较多。结论 有HP感染同时伴其它血管功能紊乱病症的冠心病患者可能更适合采用抗生素进行防治

| Abstract: | Objective To probe the relations between infection of HP and the causes on diseases of cardiovascular functional disturbance. Methods The comprehensive analysis was conducted through the combination of the determination of CagA-Hp in the blood serum of 42 cases with coronary heart disease by indirect EIA technology and the inquiry about the expressions of cardiovascular functional disturbance . Results Antibody CagA-Hp in the blood serum was detected positive in the coronary heart cases with primary headache and extremity distal septal malaise to be more than others. Conclusions The antibiotic may be suitable for the treatment of the cases with HP infection and cardiovascular functional disturbance. |
