儿童睾丸附件扭转的非手术治疗

目的 讨论儿童睾丸附件扭转非手术治疗的指征和方法。方法 经彩色多普勒超声检查，排除睾丸扭转的36例睾丸附件扭转患儿应用低强度激光局部照射，静脉输入抗生素等非手术治疗。结果 34例睾丸附件扭转患儿用非手术方法治愈，治愈率94．4％，平均治愈时间5．8d。结论 睾丸附件扭转可以用非手术治疗，尤其是低强度激光局部照射可以明显缩短病程。

The indication and remedy of conservative treatment for torsion of testicular appendage in children

Objective To investigate the indication and method of conservative treatment for torsion of testicular appendage in children.Methods 36 patients with torsion of testicular appendage,who had been identified without testicular torsion by ultrasonography,were treated by conservative treatment including local irradiation with lower power laser and infusion of antibiotics.Results 34 patients with torsion of testicular appendage were cured by conservative treatment.The cure rate was 94.4% and the mean treatment time was 5.8 days.Conclusion The torsion of testicular appendage can be treated by conservative treatment,especially the local irradiation by lower power laser can shorten the course of disease.
