| 摘 要： | 目的 通过总结加替沙星的不良反应，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法 收集1999～2006年6月国内外报道的71例加替沙星不良反应病例，并进行统计分析。结果 加替沙星所致不良反应临床表现多样，能导致多系统一器官损害。结论 重视加替沙星的不良反应，提倡合理用药。 |

| Abstract: | Objective We aim at summarizing Adverse Drug Reaction(ADR) of gatifloxacin, and guiding rational usage of antibacterial agents in the future. Method Seventy-one domestic and foreign case reports on ADR of gati-floxacin ranging from 1999 to Jun 2006 were collected, statistically classified and analyzed. Result Gatifloxacin could cause multi-system and multi-organ ADR with wide variety of clinical manifestations. Conclusion Atten-tion should be paid to ADR of gatifloxacin to ensure safe and rational drug use. |
