中药治疗2型糖尿病口服磺脲类降糖药继发性失效

观察中药治疗 2型糖尿病口服磺脲类降糖药继发性失效的疗效。共观察 10 7例 ,对照组 30例 ,均口服达美康片 ,每次 16 0mg ,每日 2次 ;二甲双胍片每次 0 5 g ,每日 3次 ;拜糖平片每次 5 0mg ,每日 3次。治疗组 77例 ,在口服与对照组相同西药的同时 ,根据临床表现进行辨证 ,分为 4型 :燥热型、阴虚型、气虚型及阳虚型 ,均服中药煎剂每日 1剂 ,疗程共 1个月。结果 :治疗组治疗后空腹血糖明显降低 ,从平均 14 0mmol/L降至 8 4mmol/L ;胰岛素升高 ,从平均 3 7mu/L升至 10 0mu/L ,差异均有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。对照组治疗后空腹血糖、胰岛素差异均无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。两组治疗后进行比较 ,治疗组空腹血糖明显低于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,胰岛素明显高于对照组 (P<0 0 5 )。从临床症状看 ,治疗组主要症状好转率达 73% ;对照组不仅无好转 ,反而加重。结论 :中药治疗 2型糖尿病口服磺脲类降糖药继发失效有良好的疗效

Effectiveness of TCM on DM2 which is Secondarily Inefficient by Oral Sulfonylureas Hypoglycemic Drug

Objectives :To observe the effectiveness of Traditional Chinese Medicine on type 2 diabetes mellitus(DM Ⅱ) which is secondly inefficient by oral Sulfonylureas Hypoglycemic drug. Methods :There were 77 subjects in the treatment group,and 30 subjects in the control group.The subjects in the control group all took Baitang tablet,t.i.d.,Diamicron tablet,160mg once,b.i.d.,and Dimethylguanylgoanidine tablet 0 5g,t.i.d.On basis of clinic manifestations,the subjects in treatment group were classified into the following four types:dryness heat,Yin deficiency,Qi deficiency and Yang deficiency.The subjects in treatment group all took fry herbal preparation once a day for one month according to their type,besides taking same western medicine. Results :The mean of the post treatment blood sugar on an empty stomach remarkably decreased from 14 0 mmol/L to 8 4mmol/L and the mean of insulin level on an empty stomach increased from 3 7mu/L to 10 0mu/L,both showing a significant difference in the treatment group( P <0 05).In control group,there is no significant difference in both insulin level and blood sugar level on an empty stomach( P >0 05).The mean of the blood sugar level in treatment group is significantly lower than that in control group( P <0 05),and the mean of insulin level in treatment group was significantly higher( P <0 05).Main symptoms were improved among 73% subjects in treatment group according to clinical manifestations,while the subjects in the control group were not improved but aggravated. Conclusions :The evidence based Traditional Chinese Medicine has the effectiveness on DM 2 which is secondarily inefficient by oral Sulfonylureas Hypoglycemic drug.
