利用旧的全口义齿制作新义齿的临床研究

目的评价用旧的全口义齿制取新全口义齿的临床效果。方法对80例牙列缺失患者,利用其旧义齿,重新恢复垂直距离及正中关系后,采用闭口式制取全口义齿的功能性印模。参照旧义齿的颌型和牙齿排列情况排牙,尽可能恢复患者的面形。随访1~3年,观察患者的使用效果。结果新义齿戴用后异物感小,固位力强,咀嚼效率高,比较能满足患者对美观的要求。结论用旧义齿取功能性印模制取全口义齿是一种见效快、效果好的修复方法。

Study of making new full denture based on old one

Objective To evaluate the effects of making a new full denture based on the old one.Methods In studying 80 cases of complete dentures,we rebuilt the vertical dimension and centric relationship by making use of old dentures.We gained functional impression and recovered normal facial appearance by referring to the old denture.Result Through 1 to 3 years' follow-up,new dentures proved to be more comfortable,stable and efficient and they especially met the esthetic demands of patients.Conlusion It is an effective way to make a complete denture by getting functional impression based on the old denture.
