肝型Wilson病患儿智力结构及心理行为特点分析

目的 研究肝型Wilson病儿童智力结构及心理行为学的特点.方法 选取安徽省中医院脑病中心2013年1月至2016年12月收治的40例肝型Wilson病患儿作为观察组,并选取同期40例健康儿童作为对照组.采用中国修订的韦氏儿童智力测验量表(C-WISC)和Achenbach儿童行为量表分别对两组儿童进行测验,比较两组儿童的智力结构及心理行为的差异.结果 观察组患儿与对照组儿童智力结构比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);观察组患儿在多动、强迫性、交往不良、违纪、攻击性、社交退缩评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 肝型Wilson病患儿智力总体水平与正常儿童无差异性;而其心理行为存在多方面的异常,主要表现为多动、强迫性、交往不良、违纪、攻击性、社交退缩.

Study on characteristics of intelligence structure and psychological behavior in children with hepatic type Wilson's disease

Objective To explore the characteristics of intelligence structure and psychological behavior in those children with hepatic type Wilson's disease (WD).Methods 40 patients with hepatic type WD,ever treated in our hospital from Jan 2013 to Dec 2016,were enrolled as the study group,and other 40 healthy children were enrolled simultaneously as the control group.Both groups were tested by Chinese-revised Wechsler intelligence scale for children (C-WISC) and Achenbach child behavior checklist (CBCL),and the differences of intelligence structure and psychological behavior between the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the intelligence structure between the children of two groups (P ＞ 0.05).The scores of hyperactivity,obsessive-compulsive behavior,poor communication,rule-breaking behavior,aggressive behavior and social withdrawal in the patients of study group were significantly higher than those in the children of control group,with statistic ally significant differences (all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The difference of general intelligence between hepatic type WD patients and healthy children isn't significant,but the children with hepatic type WD have such disorders of psychological behaviors as hyperactivity,obsessive-compulsive behavior,poor communication,rule-breaking behavior,aggressive behavior and social withdrawal.So,correctly identifying these symptoms of psychological behaviors in the hepatic type WD patients would be helpful to intervene early,and alleviate suffering of the patients and their families.
