摘    要:目的:探讨藏红花对酒精及酒精四氯化碳(CCl_4)致大鼠肝损伤和脂质过氧化的影响。方法:取雄性 Wistar 大鼠设5组,分别灌喂生理盐水(A 组)、白酒(B 组)、白酒加藏红花(C 组)、白酒和 CCl_4(D 组)、在 D 组基础上加用藏红花(E 组);5组大鼠血清丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)及肝脏组织学病变进行比较。结果:藏红花能降低白酒和 CCl_4引起的 MDA 升高(P<0.05);能提高大鼠血 GSH-Rx 水平;C、E 组与 B、D 组比较肝脏组织学观察炎症明显减轻。结论:藏红花能减轻酒精及酒精 CCl_4所致肝损伤和脂质过氧化。

Effect of Saffron on Ethanol or Ethanol plus CCl_4 Induced Liver Injury and Lipid Peroxidation in Rats

Abstract:To explore the effect of saffron on spirit or CCl_4 induced liver injury and lipid peroxidation in rats.Methods:Five groups of male Wistar rats,10 in each group,were treated respectively with:normal saline(A),white spirit(B),white spirit saffron(C),white spirit CCl_4(D)and white spirit CCl_4 saffron(E)for 8 weeks.The level of serum rnalonyldialdehyde(MDA)and glutathione per- oxidase(GSH-Px)as well as pathologic change of liver were observed.Results:Saffron could lower the elevation of MDA and raise the lowering of GSH-Px induced by white spirit and CC14.As compared the tissue changes in Group C and E with those in Group B and D respectively,the inflammation was milder in the formers than that in the latters.Conclusion:Saffron could reduce the liver injury and lipid peroxidation induced by white spirit and CCl_4.
