| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨消痰散结方对胃癌的抑制作用及其可能的作用机制。方法:用流式细胞仪检测消痰散结方和化疗药环磷酰胺(CTX)对胃癌组织细胞粘附分子表达的影响。结果:消痰散结方的抑瘤率达45.2%,且消痰散结方能降低 CD44、CD49 d 的表达。结论:消痰散结方可能通过影响肿瘤组织间质中某些粘附分子的表达而起到阻滞肿瘤生长转移的作用。

| Abstract: | To explore the inhibitory effect of Xiaotan Sanjie Recipe(XTSJR)on gastric cancer and the probable mechanism. Methods:Cell adhesive molecules expression in XTSJR group and the control group were tested by flow cytometry.Results:The tumor inhibition rate in the XTSJR group was 45.2%,and the recipe showed a significant reducing effect on CD44 and CD49 expression. Conclusion:XTSJR might retard the growth and metastasis of gastric turmor by way of influencing expression of certain cell adhesive molecules in tumor tissue parenchyma. |
