瘤消安抗癌转移的实验研究

目的:为瘤消安抗癌转移的临床应用提供理论依据。方法:选取小鼠子宫颈癌(U_(14))和 Lewis肺癌两种瘤株,分别接种于昆明种小鼠左后肢爪垫皮下和 C_(57)BL/6小鼠右腋皮下,用形态学方法观察瘤消安对各站淋巴结、肺、肝的转移情况和对 Lewis 肺癌瘤重、核分裂以及肿瘤血管生成的影响。结果:瘤消安可明显抑制 U_(14)的肺转移率,大、小剂量组肺转移率分别为25.0%和23.0%;大、小剂量组的 Lewis 肺癌抑瘤率分别为37.6%和35.3%,肺转移率分别为6.7%和20.0%。结论:瘤消安可一定程度地抑制癌转移。

Experimental Study on Anti-Cancer Metastasis Effect of Liuxiaoan

To provide theoretic basis for clinical use of Liuxiaoan(LXA)in anti-cancer metastasis.Methods:U_(14)(ascitic type)and Lewis lung cancer were subcutaneously inoculated in left footpad of Kunming mice and right axilla of C_(57) BL/6 mice respectively to ob- serve the condition of tumor metastasis to lymph node,liver and lung as well as the effect of LXA on tumor weight,nuclear fission and vascular growth,in tumor morphologically.Results:LXA could obviously inhibit the lung metastasis of U_(14),the lung metastasis rate in high and low dose LXA group was 25.0% and 23.0% respectively.The tumor inhibition rate on Lewis lung tumor in high and low dosage LXA group was 37.6% and 35.3% respectively and the lung metastasis rate was 6.7% and 20.0% respectively.Conclusion: LXA could suppress spontaneous metastasis of transplanted tumor in certain degree,its mechanism is worth further studying.
