中药仙贞片对链脲佐菌素糖尿病大鼠血糖、糖化血红蛋白及肾脏功能的影响

目的:观察中药复方仙贞片对链脲佐茵素(STZ)糖尿病大鼠血糖、糖化血红蛋白及肾脏功能的影响。方法:将糖尿病大鼠随机分为4组:模型组、糖尿病西药治疗组(洛汀新加糖适平,阳性对照药)和仙贞片大、小剂量治疗组,灌胃给药12周和24周,另以体重、鼠龄相匹配的正常大鼠作为对照组。观察治疗前后各组大鼠血糖、糖化血红蛋白(HbA_1c)、尿微量白蛋白(m-Alb)、血清肌酐(SCr)、血尿素氮(BUN)的变化。结果:仙贞片大、小剂量治疗组大鼠12周和24周血糖、HbA_1c、m-Alb、SCr 和 BUN 均明显低于模型组(P<0.01),大剂量治疗组12、24周 HbA_1c、m-Alb、BUN,24周血糖、SCr 低于小剂量治疗组(P<0.05～0.01)。结论:仙贞片可能通过降低糖尿病大鼠血糖、HbA_1c,改善肾脏功能,防治糖尿病肾病。

Effect of Xianzhen Tablet on Blood Glucose,Glycosylated Hemoglobin and Renal Function of Streptozocin-Induced Diabetic Rats

To assess the effect of Xianzhen Tablet Composita(XZTC)on blood glucose(BG),glycosylatevl hemoglobin(HbA_1c)and renal function of streptozocin(STZ)-induced diabetic rats.Methods:Diabetic rats were randomized into 4 groups:the diabetes model group,the western medicine(Benalapril and Gliquidone)treated group,the high dose and the low dose XZTC treated group.A normal group of non-diabetic rats matched in age and body weight with the diabetic rats was also set up for control.Changes of blood glucose (BG),HbA_1c,urinary microalbumin(m-Alb),serum creatinine(SCr)and blood urea nitrogen(BUN)before and after treatment were ob- served.Results:Levels of BG,HbAlc,m-Alb,SCr and BUN after 12 weeks or 24 weeks of high or low dose XZTC treatment were sig- nificantly lower than those in the model group(P<0.01).The levels of HbA_1c,m-AIb,BUN at week 12 and week 24,and BG,SCr at week 24 in the high dose XZTC treated group were lower than those in the low dose XZTC treated group(P<0.05-0.01)respective- ly.Conclusion:XZTC could improve the renal function by reducing BG,HbA_1c,thus to prevent and treat diabetic nephropathy.
