| 摘 要： | 目的观察腰麻—硬膜外联合阻滞在老年人手术中应用的可行性。方法随机选择30例病人。ASAⅠ~Ⅲ级。年龄60~80岁。行腰麻—硬膜外联合阻滞。结果镇痛完善无牵拉痛者占83.3%,有牵拉痛需辅助用药者占16.7%,血压下降占10%。结论腰麻—硬膜外联合阻滞在老年病人中可用,但要注意选择适应证。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the feasibility of application of lumbar epidural combined anesthesia in senile operation.Methods 30 cases of ASA Ⅰ～Ⅲ patient aging 60～80 years old were selected randomly and taken lumbar and epidural anesthesia.Results The good analgesia without dragging pain was 83.3%.The aiding drug was used in 16.7%.The blood pressure decreased in 10%.Conclusion The combination of lumbar and epidural anesthesia could be used in senile patient with defined indication. |
