| 摘 要： | 目的探讨以HPLC测定断血流中橙皮苷的含量,对该药品的质量进行定量分析。方法D101型大孔吸附树脂柱分离提取橙皮苷成分,利用高效液相色谱法进行定量分析。结果橙皮苷浓度线性范围0.12-0.80μg·mL-1,r=0.9999;平均回收率为98.4%,RSD为0.95%。结论方法简便可行,准确可靠,可以从另一个侧面对断血流的质量进行考查。

| Abstract: | Objective Exploring how to determine the content of Hesperin in Clinopodium Polyceph-alum by HPLC and doing quantitative analysis for the quality of the medicine. Methods First separate and extract Hesperidin with large-aperture absorptive resin of D101, and then do quantitative analysis with high performance liquid chromatography. Result The linear range of calibration curve was within 0. 12-0. 80 ug· ml-1,r =0. 999 9 for hesperidin ; The average extraction recovery was 98. 4% for hesperidin, RSD -0. 95%. Conclusion The method proves to be simple,applicable,accurate and reliable,and can examine the quality of Clinopodium Polycephalum from a new perspective. |
