婴幼儿反复呼吸道感染与头发微量元素的关系

摘    要:为探讨婴幼儿和反复呼吸道感染的病因,我科自1993年1月~1994年5月对门诊6个月~3岁反复呼吸道感染患儿随机检测了50例头发微量元素锌、铜含量.结果锌低于正常值者有43例,占86.0%,经统计学处理,P<0.01,差异非常显著;而铜低者14例,仅占28.0%,经统计学处理,P>0.05,差异不明显,无统计学意义.上述结果表明反复呼吸道感染与缺锌关系甚密.临床治疗中适当补锌很有必要.

Abstract:In order to study the causes of recurrent respiratory tract infections (RRTI) of infants and young children,we determined the contents of tract elements (Zn,Cu) in hairs of 50 cases of RRTI, (aged 0.5~3ys) who were selected randomly in our pediatrie clinicfrom January,1993 to May. 1994. The results demonstrated that the zinc content was lower than normal value in 43 cases (86%) which showed a significant difference statistically (P< 0.01). But the copper content was lower than normal value only in 14 cases (28%). So,there was no significant difference (P>0.05). Our study suggested that the RRTI possibly related to lack of trace element zinc in human body and it is necessary to supply zinc with these cases.
