| 摘 要： | 确立角膜移植术后免疫排斥反应的有效防治策略。方法对穿透性角膜移植术后发生免疫排斥反应的８６例进行回顾性总结。结论从分子水平减少供受体间的抗原差异，研制新一代高效安全的免疫抑制剂，创造免疫耐度的理论环境可能是控制高角角膜移植免疫排斥反应的有效措施。

| Abstract: | Objective To determine the preventive measure against immune rejection after PKP.Methods Clinical analysis of 86 Cases (100 eyes) of immune rejection after PKP were studied.Results It was revealed that corneal vascularization,large graft,previous keratifis,eccentric graft,second graft and risk factors for corneal graft rejection.Prorking factors were described as an epithelium falling,corneal disease recuring,repeating grafting and the removing of the suture.Conclusion Reducing differences of antigen between donors at molecular level,developing more effective immune restraining drug and creating good environment of immune tolerant may be good measures for controlling graft rejection. |
