钬激光治疗常年性变应性鼻炎的疗效分析

目的:探讨钬激光治疗常年性变应性鼻炎(PAR)的临床效果。方法:使用钬激光行筛前神经终末区域烧灼及下鼻甲黏膜下激光凝固治疗PAR患者37例,并比较治疗前后症状及体征分级记分。结果:治疗后症状及体征记分均有明显下降,差异有显著性意义(p<0.01),有效率89.19%。随访一年复发率24.32%。结论:钬激光治疗能安全、有效的改善PAR患者的临床症状。

Clinical Observation on Ho:YAG Laser in Perennial Allergic Rhinitis

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Ho:YAG laser in the treatment of perennial allergic rhinitis(PAR).Methods:37 cases of PAR anterior-ethmoid nerve cautery were performed with Ho:YAG laser.Efficacy was evaluated by measurement of nasal symptom scores and sign scores.Results:All the parameters measured were improved after treatment.the scores were significantly less than the record before treatment(p<0.01).The overall effective rate was 89.19%.after 1 year follow up the recurrence rate was 24.32%.Conclusions:Treatment with Ho:YAG laser is effective and safe in alleviating the symptoms of perennial allergic rhinitis.
