| 摘 要： | 目的 测定不同产地胡芦巴中胡芦巴碱的含量，并以此为指标对胡芦巴进行质量归类和分析。方法 HPLC定量分析法；系统聚类分析法对质量进行归类。结果 各产地胡芦巴碱的含量差异较大。结论 本法简便，准确，重现性好，对胡芦巴药材的质量控制有一定的意义。 |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To determine the contents of trigonelline in Trigonella foenum graecum L. from different habitats,to evaluate and c lassify the quality of it in view of trigonelline.METHODS HP LC assay was applied as the quantitative analysis.Hierarchical cluster analysis was used to evaluate the quality.RESULT The contents of trig onelline in Trigonella foenum graecum L. from different habitats were quite different.CONCLUSION The method was proved to be simple,pr ecise,sensitive and reproductive. It can be used for the quality control of the medicinal material. |
