Experience of Comprehensive Surveillance and Responding System for Acute Infectious Disease and Public Health Emergency in America

The study used the health policy and system research method to analyze management mechanism of the acute infectious diseases and public health emergency in America, including the organization frame, the law and regulation construction, the surveillance and response system and the external relationship.In the process of building an integrated monitoring and response system, China should establish a reasonable organizational structure and strengthen horizontal cooperation; take legislation as guarantee; attach importance to the role of the monitoring system; and build comprehensive coordination mechanism
