摘    要:目的:探讨CFL1在前列腺癌中的表达情况,并明确其对前列腺癌进展的影响。方法:采用免疫组化、qPCR及Western blot检测CFL1的表达情况,采用Transwell实验检测细胞的迁移及侵袭能力,CCK-8实验检测细胞的增殖能力。结果:在恶性程度高的前列腺癌中,CFL1的蛋白及mRNA表达水平最高,恶性程度低的次之,良性前列腺增生最低(P<0.05);Transwell实验表明si-CFL1组较si-NC组,其迁移和侵袭能力均降低(均P<0.05);CCK-8实验显示敲低CFL1后,前列腺癌细胞的增殖能力降低(P<0.05)。结论:CFL1在前列腺癌中高表达,而减低其表达水平可以抑制前列腺癌的进展。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the expression of CFL1 in prostate cancer and to determine its effect on the progression of prostate cancer. Methods: The immunohistochemistry, qPCR and Western blot were used to detect the expression of CFL1. Transwell assay was used to detect the migration and invasion ability of cells. CCK-8 assay was used to detect the proliferation of cells. Results: In prostate cancer with high malignancy, CFL1 had the highest protein and mRNA expression levels, followed by low malignancy and benign prostatic hyperplasia(all P<0.05). Transwell experiments showed that the migration and invasion ability were decreased in si-CFL1 group compared with si-NC group(P<0.05). The CCK-8 experiment showed that the proliferation of prostate cancer cells was decreased after CFL1 knockdown(P<0.05). Conclusion: CFL1 is highly expressed in prostate cancer, and reducing its expression can inhibit the progression of prostate cancer.
