原发性肝癌患者血清25-羟基维生素D3水平与免疫抑制因子IL-10的关系

摘    要:目的 探究原发性肝癌患者血清25-羟基维生素D325-(OH)D3]的变化及其与免疫抑制因子IL-10的关系。方法 选取2014年2月~2019年7月于我院就诊的60例原发性肝癌患者作为疾病组,另外选择同期60名健康体检人群作为健康对照组,采用电化学发光法测定两组血清25-(OH)D3浓度,酶联免疫吸附试验测定血清IL-10浓度。Spearman法分析25-(OH)D3与IL-10间的相关性。结果 疾病组血清25-(OH)D3浓度低于健康对照组(13.65±7.92)ng/ml vs (26.15±8.33)ng/ml],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);疾病组IL-10浓度高于健康对照组(89.71±26.59)ng/ml vs (26.18±8.15)ng/ml],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血清25-(OH)D3可能与淋巴结转移和肿瘤分期密切相关,与IL-10浓度呈负相关(r=-0.568,P<0.05)。结论 原发性肝癌患者存在25-(OH)D3缺乏现象,且与肿瘤进展和免疫抑制密切相关。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the changes of serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D325-(OH)D3] in patients with primary liver cancer and its relationship with the immunosuppressive factor IL-10.Methods 60 patients with primary liver cancer who were treated in our hospital from February 2014 to July 2019 were selected as the disease group, and another 60 healthy people were selected as the healthy control group during the same period,the serum 25-(OH)D3 concentration was measured by electrochemical luminescence method, and the serum IL-10 concentration was determined by ELISA. Spearman’s method was used to analyze the correlation between 25-(OH)D3 and IL-10.Results The serum 25-(OH)D3 concentration in the disease group was(13.65±7.92) ng/ml, which was lower than that in the healthy control group(26.15±8.33) ng/ml, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the IL-10 in the disease group the concentration was higher than that in the healthy control group (89.71±26.59) ng/ml vs (26.18±8.15) ng/ml],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Serum 25-(OH)D3 may be closely related to lymph node metastasis and tumor stage, and negatively correlated with IL-10 concentration(r=-0.568,P<0.05). Conclusion 25-(OH)D3 deficiency exists in patients with primary liver cancer, and is closely related to tumor progression and immunosuppression.
