摘    要:肱骨髁间骨折因在目前局限的手术方式下很难达到最理想的效果而成为现阶段最难治疗的骨折之一。本研究将3D打印技术用于肱骨髁间骨折辅助治疗。53例肱骨髁间骨折患者被分为3D打印组及常规组两组,由同一小组骨科医生进行手术治疗。通过对术中、术后随访,3D打印组与常规组相比手术时间明显缩短;术中失血量明显减少;骨折愈合时间无显著差异;术后未发现严重并发症,并发症发生率也相对较低。

Abstract:Abstract: The intercondylar fracture of the humerus is one of the most difficult fractures to be treated at this stage because of the difficulties to achieve the best results under the current limited surgical procedures. The treatment of humeral intercondylar fractures with 3D printing technology was studied in this paper. 53 patients were divided into 3D printing treatment group and regular treatment group, and were operated by the same group of orthopedic surgeons. The results from intraoperative and postoperative follow-up showed that compared with regular treatment group, the 3D printing groups operation time was significantly shorter, the blood loss during the operation was significantly reduced, there was no significant differences in the fracture healing time, no serious complications were found after the operation, and the complication rate is also relatively low.
