2010-2016年浙江省台州市前列腺癌发病与死亡分析

目的分析2010-2016年台州市前列腺癌发病与死亡情况,为台州市前列腺癌的防治提供科学依据。方法收集2010-2016年台州市前列腺癌发病和死亡数据,计算分地区(城市、农村)、性别以及年龄别发病率。采用2010年全国人口普查标准人口和Segi’s标准人口对粗发病率进行标化,估算年度变化百分比(annual percent change,APC)。结果 2010-2016年台州市前列腺癌发病率为14.26/10万,(中标率为12.14/10万,世标率为9.58/10万);死亡率为4.34/10万(中标率为3.48/10万,世标率为2.77/10万)。2010-2016年台州市前列腺癌发病率在50岁年龄组之前处于较低水平,50岁以上年龄组发病迅速增长,死亡率在65岁年龄组之前处于较低水平,65岁年龄组开始迅速上升。2010-2016年台州市前列腺癌发病率和死亡率变化呈上升趋势,年度变化百分比(APC)为20.4%(95%CI:12.5%～28.8%),死亡率年度变化百分比(APC)为13.0%(95%CI:8.9%～17.2%)。结论 2010-2016年台州市前列腺癌发病率、死亡率高、...

Incidence and mortality of prostate cancer in Taizhou City,Zhejiang Province,2010-2016

Objective To analyze the incidence and mortality of prostate cancer in Taizhou City from 2010 to 2016, so as to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of prostate cancer in Taizhou City. [WTHZ]Methods [WTBZ]Data on morbidity and mortality of prostate cancer in Taizhou from 2010 to 2016 were collected, the incidence rates of sub-regions (urban, rural), gender, and age were calculated. The crude incidence rate was normalized using the 2010 National Census Standard Population and Segi’s Standard Population, estimated annual per cent change (APC). [WTHZ]Results [WTBZ]The incidence of prostate cancer in Taizhou City in 2010-2016 was 14.26/105, (the winning rate was 12.14/105, the world standard rate was 9.58/105). The mortality rate was 4.34/1105 (the winning rate was 3.48/105, the world standard rate is 2.77/105). The incidence of prostate cancer in Taizhou in 2010-2016 was at a low level before the 50-year-old age group. The incidence of the 50-year-old age group increased rapidly, the mortality rate was lower before the 65-year-old age group, and the 65-year-old age group began to rise rapidly. The incidence of prostate cancer morbidity and mortality in Taizhou City increased from 2010 to 2016. The annual change percentage (APC) was 20.4% (95%CI: 12.5%-28.8%), and the annual change in mortality (APC) was 13.0%. (95%CI: 8.9%-17.2%). [WTHZ]Conclusion [WTBZ]In 2010-2016, the incidence and mortality rate of prostate cancer in Taizhou City is high and rising rapidly. The elderly male population is a high-risk group of prostate cancer. Early screening should be carried out in a targeted manner and prevention and control should be strengthened.
